Unlocking Human Potential with Nike
I partnered with Nike during a spotlight moment, on the heels of announcing their 2025 diversity representation targets. To set them on this path, I needed to discover what values motivate Teammates, where their ambitions lie, and how we could build deep personal connections with them today, and the days to come.
In my role, I led a team of UX researchers and strategists in crafting a robust research approach that immersed us in the Nike experience. Armed with insights, we collaborated with Nike leadership and brainstormed strategic approaches to transform the teammate experience across the globe.

Experience Design Approach
Research
I designed a multi-pronged research approach, delving into existing Nike reports to surface themes our team then explored in the primary research activities we led.
Strategy
Synthesizing our research into insights that impact the end-to-end experience, we identified five critical levers Nike can engage to make meaningful, sustainable impact with teammates.
Ideation
We took these findings into ideation workshops to expand the vision and create new ideas, which we then prioritized into a service roadmap.
