Google: The Art of the Possible

I helped grow what started as a 5-week project into a 2.5 year partnership with Google. By advocating the value of experience design, developing a trusting relationship with Google leadership, and fostering a collaborative and authentic team dynamic, our work defined the journeys, created the strategy, led the research, and executed the designs that enabled Google’s global product go-live.

In my role I drove product strategy supported with rigorous user testing to help our teams define an optimal user experience from inception to ship.

My Role: Associate Creative Director. Along with: UX Designer, UI Designer, UX Writer, UX Researcher, Engagement Manager, Business Tech Analyst

Personalized Experiences

The Google Advantage

Our research findings showed, partners choose to work with Google for a competitive edge, and they look to Google for guidance, tips, and an unparalleled advantage.

Engaging Innovative Interactions

From our heuristic analysis, it became evident that the current experience did little to support partners in their business. Rather, it added headache and frustration with little return on investment.

Moments that Matter

Powerful, simple technologies don’t guarantee delightful interactions. By identifying the moments that matter to customers, we can leverage available technology to make a lasting impact.

The moments most packed with emotion, such as closing a sale, being on the go, completing a task, are the ones with the power to turn users into loyal partners.

Rapid prototyping as a proof of concept, reduces risk, enables user testing, and allows for impactful iteration before developing detailed and costly final design development.
