Leadership Style
My responsibility as a design leader is to inspire action in the face of ambiguity. If I’ve done this well, I’ve cleared the path for others to make their best effort. That often looks like generating confidence in the work, in each other, or in ourselves.
I’m passionate about creative problem solving. I believe we are stronger as a collective and I strive to empower and guide. I pride myself in fostering creative cultures that champion idea exploration, curiosity, and compassionate dedication.
